EFR is an online service published and operated from Canada. You can reach the team at any time at contact@efr-services.ca: we answer any information request within 24 to 48 business hours.

Hosting and infrastructure
EFR relies on established providers, chosen for their security standards:
- Uploaded file storage: UploadThing, reachable only through the links you share.
- Payment processing: Stripe, PCI-DSS certified. No card data passes through or is stored on our servers.
- Encrypted traffic: all communication with the service is protected by HTTPS.
Intellectual property
The EFR brand, logo, interface and code are protected. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The documents you upload remain your exclusive property: we do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.
Reporting content
To report unlawful content published through the service or an infringement of your rights, write to contact@efr-services.ca indicating the address of the document concerned. Every report is reviewed and, where warranted, the document is made inaccessible.
